CWD Foundation Awards Dr. Kjersti Ronningen $10,000 grant

Dr. Kjersti Ronningen is searching for a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. She couldn't be more dedicated, and for good reason, she has type 1 herself. Her study in Norway of children at high risk for developing diabetes, the MIDIA study, has just been awarded a grant in the amount of $10,000 to help provide funding for much needed assays and supplies.

We congratulate Dr. Ronningen and her team, and we look forward to hearing more about their findings.
